Vehicles in German Town Discovered Smeared with Nazi Symbols in Human Blood, Police State

Officers mentioned they were alerted by a resident who noticed a car in Hanau covered with reddish fluid

Around fifty vehicles have been covered with what seems to be human blood in the Germany's municipality of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, as reported by police.

Vehicles, walls and mailboxes were vandalized, sometimes with Nazi symbols, they reported in a official communication.

Law enforcement report they were contacted in the late hours on Wednesday evening, when a individual observed that a automobile in the Lamboy district of Hanau had been covered with a reddish substance.

The fluid had been applied in the pattern of a swastika, they added.

Police then located numerous other vandalized vehicles and building exteriors in the adjacent neighborhood.

These symbols are banned in Germany under legislation banning the public exhibition of symbols from the Nazi era.

Officials state preliminary tests show the substance was most likely human bodily fluid.

"There is still no clue as to its source; investigators are currently not aware of any physical harm in association with the incident," they added.

City officials said they were working "to resolve the incident" and have requested to the community for details.

A high-ranking political figure commented the attack made him stunned and needed to be addressed quickly.

"This act hits the very heart of Hanau and reopens the pain of the right-wing violent incident half a decade ago," he stated on a platform, referring to the killing of nine victims by a assailant aiming at individuals of immigrant origin in February 2020.
